All custom, personalized orders will be reviewed. If any of the above terms are violated, your entire Hydro Flask order will be cancelled.
No edits or changes can be made once you have submitted your order. Any adjustments to an order should be made prior to submitting the order. Customized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All sales of customized products are final.
